The process was beyond smooth, fast and efficient. He's also one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable agent we've ever worked with. Daniel Whelan was the Rep who assisted me. I Wish I had something good to say, but I now have a hard inquiry on my credit right after Daniel told me multiple times that there was only going to be a soft inquiry to get an estimate of a pre-approval amount. He was misleading and unwilling to take ownership in the problem. My fault in trusting a voice over the phone.
