Everything Chad told me was true about the refinance. Unfortunately last year when this was tried, the figures did not add up and I was not told the whole story about the loan. Fantastic experience from start to finish. He handled my investment property loan with accuracy, skill, and lightening speed. Actually said what he would do an did it! When he didn't know an answer to one of my questions he scoured his own resources quickly and found it (hard to get real customer service these days but he delivered).
