Amanda was awesome through the whole process. Which started months before with a conversation and steps on improving my credit. She laid out everything that I needed to do, then monthly we'd check my progress. When things were going badly with an appraiser, Amanda dropped everything she was doing to spearhead the loan for me, this was way after I was already passed off to someone else.
