I was very hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage because I've always dealt with the mainstream banks whenever I purchased a home. However, in this case, I was out of the country and having a very difficult time in getting online with any of the major lenders I'd dealt with in the past. I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a chance. I filled out the application online to get a Prequalification. It hadn't ...I was very hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage because I've always dealt with the mainstream banks whenever I purchased a home. However, in this case, I was out of the country and having a very difficult time in getting online with any of the major lenders I'd dealt with in the past. I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a chance. I filled out the application online to get a Prequalification. It hadn't been 5 minutes from me submitting the application when Brian contacted me. He went through a few questions and within 10 minutes of speaking with me, he had me a Prequalification Letter. We had a couple of bumps in the road in trying to select a home for purchase, but Brian was in constant contact with me every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed. Every time I had a question he got back to me. If he wasn't able to answer directly, he was calling me within minutes of leaving him a message. Even taking the time to call me back when he was at the baseball game. Very professional in all aspects of his job. Easily the best experience I've ever had in securing a home loan.
