She had a very calm and professional demeanor which put me at ease immediately. I was very relieved and peaceful about the choice to go with Rocket Mortgage. Kristina has constantly kept in touch during the process of purchasing our home. She has given us excellent advice in regards to keeping our expenditures the same, which entailed not making any huge changes financially until after we purchase our house because this would slow down the underwriting process.
