Angelo was the BEST! He was the greatest help from day one until closing. I enjoyed talking to him about my home state of Michigan. We just set up our auto pay for our first payment. We really love Rocket Mortgage.

Phillip Ducher was very professional. I had a few hiccups and too much time past between my lock in rate and the appraisal. ( I had issues with appraisal and he had to come back twice) The locked in rate changed but we still went ahead. Watch your appraisals and square footage. That is not Phillips doing though. He was pleasant and returned phone calls. Whole process is cool if you like doing ...Phillip Ducher was very professional. Thomas was an amazing help from start to finish. He was very professional and very efficient. There was never any confusion, delay, or lack of communication. Even when an appraisal came in low and an issue came up that was actually the fault of the previous owner, it was a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy or refi!
