Dawd was the first person I came in contact with from the Rocket Mortgage team. He was very professional answered all my emails and phone calls very promptly throughout the whole process. At the end of the loan to no fault of Rocket Mortgage there was a problem with the private land contract mortgage Dawd followed up with me the matter was resolved immediately.
