Nick Galivan was a constant professional throughout my loan process. In the beginning phases, he would tell me how he would "call me tomorrow",,,,, and low and behold he WOULD! Sometimes it was to make sure i wasnt having problems obtaining certain documents, other times it would be just to check on me personally. It was a great series between my Warriors and Dimitri's Cavaliers and we good-naturedly ribbed each other during the series. This refinance loan is the third or fourth one I have had since we bought our home in 1991. I have to say, beyond a doubt, that this Rocket Mortgage was the smoothest and least costly of the four. I was totally satisfied with the process and wouldn't hesitate to call on Dimitri and Rocket Mortgage again should I ever decide to refinance again.
