I completed my loan application on line, I didn't have to call Rocket Mortgage to ask any questions because Alicia called me within minutes on the weekend. Alicia gave me my approval for my home the same day. She have made my process very quick and successful and when I was move to closing process with someone else she was still available to answer any questions l had.
