Bruce was the best! This was the easiest mortgage process I have ever been through. He worked hard so I didn't have too. He was friendly, knowledgeable and readily available. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage earlier this year in hopes of re-financing my home mortgage at a lower interest rate and I did! The process was absolutely the smoothest and easiest refinance I have ever done. If I had a question I could call or email Justin and I would get an immediate response. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional and that includes the notary ...I reached out to Rocket Mortgage earlier this year in hopes of re-financing my home mortgage at a lower interest rate and I did!
