I worked with Shawn during this mortgage process. He always set my heart at ease. Several things happened because of my files being transferred to several different people which was very frustrating. I wholeheartedly do not believe I would be a FIRST TIME homeowner if it wasn't for Tim!! He worked with me for over a year to get me to where I am today. My credit needed improvement. He gave me tips on what to do to get my score increased and kept in touch just to check in and see how I was doing on my path of homeownership. I am so thankful for the patience he's had with me, such an uneducated person when it comes to buying a home and the "real estate" lingo that is involved. I would call him frequently just to ask, to me, seemed like dumb questions. He never made me feel that way. I had many restless nights over my pre-approval to closing period just thinking about the good, bad, and "what-if's" of this process. (So many what if's...lol) Any bad thought or concern I had, I would voice to Tim. He would always just tell me not to worry and that he would take care of it. He was prompt, respectful, witty, and extremely educated in this field. I admire his professionalism.

I close on my home tomorrow morning. I will own a home tomorrow. Wow.
It's an emotional feeling to know that I'm finally at the finish line.

For the most part the process was exceptional. Closing was a little confusing with documents are coming UPS, no the attorney is bring them. When in reality I had to print them when the attorney arrived at my home which added another 10 to 12 minutes to the closing time. Most of the process was flawless and very quick.
