This Lady needs a Raise!!! She goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to her job. She explains everything simple and in terms we could understand . Even when she wasnt in the office she was contacting us making sure we could get in touch with her via cell phone. We could text her at anytime and she would answer our questions . Brent made the process extremely less scary than what i had anticipated, and even though it was all done over the phone, I know he did it with a smile and his signature laugh.
