We always knew that we'd get quick answers and service when we had concerns or items that needed taking care of. In the rare case that Paul wasn't available, we were immediately referred to another member that would take care of us. I was told that the policy is to get back to customers within 24 hours, but we never had to wait more than a couple of hours, often even quicker than that. This was our first experience buying a home, and Paul helped ease any concerns or nerves we had. I contacted Rocket Mortgage about possibly refinancing to a lower rate to save a few dollars on my monthly payment. Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve.
