In the rare case that Paul wasn't available, we were immediately referred to another member that would take care of us. I was told that the policy is to get back to customers within 24 hours, but we never had to wait more than a couple of hours, often even quicker than that. This was our first experience buying a home, and Paul helped ease any concerns or nerves we had.
