When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first time buyer. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. When I decided to proceed, it felt like Louis did ALL the work, I only needed to provide him information, send some faxes of my finances...etc.
Louis would send me emails to update me on progress of my loan, when he said he would call, he would call just as he said, I NEVER felt out of the loop. He walked me through every single step, even helping me to use some features of my home computer, (Im not very computer literate).
