I first contacted Rocket Mortgage during 2015 based on a TV advertisement and was lucky to speak with Nate Alwerfalli. Nate and I connected very quickly, we spoke about his Dad’s profession and my vocation which is the same. I got the sense that he understood me and even though I was pre-approved I did not fine a house I can call home until during the spring of 2016. I immediately reached out to Nate who was always very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I was immediately pre-approved and got the letter in a few days. Nate was available late in the evenings, weekends and seemed to be always there for me to sound off my concerns or questions. It was always easy to speak with him and in all cases I felt that he also had my interest too in working through various options and helping me make the best decisions. There are few cases in which I write these letters but in this case I felt compelled because of his professionalism and excellent job Nate has done even though I am still a few weeks off from closing.
