Sarah is by far the best mortgage banker I have EVER worked with. She made the entire loan process not only easy, but enjoyable. She is very thorough, expedient, dependable, and quite possibly the most pleasant person to talk to on the phone. Five stars doesn't even justify how great she is.

First off, if there was a way to give a rating higher than 5, Chad would get it! Having been in the service industry for 18 yrs myself, Chad is the "model" representative for a positive customer experience. In the recent past, I have had 2 horrible encounters with other lending representatives.

Thomas was great. He was able to provide some insightful guidance regarding points along with the data to back it up. Additionally, I needed to make some significant changes to my loan after I had a signed purchase agreement, Thomas handled it without hesitation and closed me on time.

Although Rocket Mortgage is a huge corporation, Michael made it feel like it was a small/local business.
