The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. The qualities that he holds are definitely above and beyond the normal work ethic! He upholds high standards for his clients and is most compassionate! We are grateful to have had Greg Soleman as our bank lender representative! We highly recommend his services at Rocket Mortgage!

Often the financing end of a sales transaction has snags--working with Chad made for smooth sailing. From start to finish, Chad kept me (the sales agent) informed. The transaction closed withing 3 days of scheduled date--due to extension for buyer to attend a funeral.
