We always felt that he was our advocate in dealing with the mortgage process. When we hit a stumbling block that would have reduced our cash out we needed for important purchases, he represented us in an appeal that successfully assured that we received what we required. In addition, he was always positive, interesting, energetic and compassionate...whatever the situation called for. These personal qualities helped make our refinancing experience a pleasant one which we greatly appreciated.
