Jason has been extremely helpful with my first home loan and when I refinanced. He is always there to answer your questions. He is very friendly. When I decided to try and refinance my house to a conventional loan, I didn't want anyone else to help me but Jason because I knew he would take care of me and do What is best for me and be totally honest.

Nick is a go getter for sure, he could be a little more thorough with his numbers, and more accessible for the working man in the evening hours. Definitely saved us money in the long run but my 1st experience with Rocket Mortgage was A 5 star! Not this time
