We presented Nicholas with a challenge, as we were taking off on a 2-month RV trip within a couple of days of initiating the refinance of our home mortgage. I wrote an earlier review of Bruce but for some reason only 3 stars appeared so I am submitting a correction. Bruce was not only helpful he was accessible .I needed clarification/more info a couple of times during the process and Bruce answered his phone and took the time to answer my questions/concerns.I would certainly recommend Bruce and Rocket Mortgage.
