When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I was fortunate enough to be connected to Skylar. I was anticipating to refinance a few weeks later when I returned from out of the country. He clearly defined the steps that could be done before my return and how we could efficiently proceed upon returning to the USA. Communication was always excellent, by phone and email.
