Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I started this process by simply wanting to know details. Mike answered all of my questions even knowing I am just trying to learn the process. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I started this process by simply wanting to know details. Mike answered all of my questions even knowing I am just trying to learn the process. A month later and bam! We are buying our first home! Mike has gone out of his way with his promptness and always making himself available. He never pushed just simply let me know he was there for anything. He never judged when I had wild questions he simply answered and reassured me everything will work out. He somehow managed to calm me and remove the anxiety from the process even on the other side of the country.
