Michael did a fantastic job! He was always there to answer your questions even during odd hours and weekends. He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. My loan process was a bit complicated but Garrett walked us through it and made something that is sometimes a pain, very smooth.
