Jen walked us through a process that can be very stressful and scary like the pro she is. She made everything easy to understand and when we hit a hiccup with part of our loan she helped us work through it and in the end it all came together and we bought our perfect house. What really stuck out to us when we were putting the offer in on our new house was that even on Super Bowl Sunday 10 minutes before kickoff Dylan worked with us to write up a new pre-qual letter to help us get our offer in faster.
