I contacted Rocket Mortgage and Brian about re-financing our mortgage in Feb. and 5 weeks later we closed on Mar. 23, 2016.
Total monthly savings in excess of $560.
The loan process consisted of Brian submitting online form to complete, Pauline & I filled them out & faxed them back. That was it.
Brian was knowledgeable & helpful with our questions about the forms.
