I love Corie at Rocket Mortgage. I first refinanced my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage for a much lover interest rate about 5 years ago. When the rates dropped again I received a call from Corie to refinance. I was hesitant because I am approaching retirement and did not want to start all over again with a new mortgage. Within minutes she showed me how I could refinance my mortgage, pay off all my higher interest loans and credit cards, extend the loan by only two years and drop my payment by $150.00 a month. Throughout the entire process I felt like she was sympathetic to my concerns as a senior citizen. She was so pleasant and understanding when I got busy at work and was unable to return her calls.
