So I received an email from Rocket Mortgage and was very hesitant to answer all the questions. Jake got on the phone with me and was so kind and patient. I would not disclose a lot of information and he was fine with it. He did not push me beyond my comfort zone. I completely trust Jake and highly recommend him to whomever is wanting to refinance.
