or Troy was assigned to our loan. We had a VA loan, with one bad thing left on our credit (that we had spent MUCH time repairing). Nobody wanted to deal with us. It was awhile ago, but I remember Troy was super helpful and the whole thing went very quickly and easily.
I used Rocket Mortgage because they are affiliated with Charles Schwab and my cousin advised me to.

I had tried several other companies and they couldn't (or wouldn't try hard enough) get me a refinance. Troy figured it out immediately and got the job done.
