I just recently refinanced with Rocket Mortgage. The Rocket Mortgage staff was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very professional throughout the process. Everything was done on line so, except for closing signatures. This was very efficient and effective. It was a great experience from start to finish. Took less than 30 days.

Tom was EXTREMELY helpful throughout my entire home buying process. He was always there to answer questions, even when I reached out a few days before closing, always responded with an immense sense of urgency, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood every part of the process.
