Bill walked thru the step by step on and in some cases called me back even after I would get so frustrated with the purchase of my fist home. Bill continued to be my goto guy through out the whole process. When I would call Bill with questions and in cases where the answer wasn't right there he would promptly find out the answer and call me back.
