From our first phone call till when I closed he was always available and made a paper intensive process a lot easier with state of the art technology and tools to process and update my file. I was actually ready to close before the scheduled date and had to wait a week so the previous home owner could get moved out. My realtor even enjoyed the process and said that in all her years in real estate this was one of her best experiences working with a mortgage company.
