I shopped around for a local mortgage banker and told them I was speaking with Rocket Mortgage too. Wow the bad mouthing the local guys gave Rocket Mortgage was so quick and so sharp that it made me suspicious of all mortgage bankers! I decided to go with Mark due to his positive can do attitude and honesty about competition.
