After 25 years I needed some kind of a home loan, to down size/upgrade for retirement. I saw Rocket Mortgage list of awards by J. D. Powers over the years and gave them a call. I was connected to Brecca, whose personality came through the phone, and I knew I wanted to see what Rocket Mortgage had to offer.
She asked several questions, then immediately came back with Rocket Mortgage option. Brcca...After 25 years I needed some kind of a home loan, to down size/upgrade for retirement. I was connected to Brecca, whose personality came through the phone, and I knew I wanted to see what Rocket Mortgage had to offer.
She asked several questions, then immediately came back with Rocket Mortgage option. Brcca used her experience to direct me to areas that I needed to look at when considering a loan. Brecca answered all the questions I had with down to earth language, no industry buzz words.

I thought I should look at a VA loan since I was eligible, however as we sorted through my loan needs Brecca showed how another style loan would be better fit my situation in the long run.

On several occasions Brecca called needing clarifications, or more information, it was a joy to hear from hervoice fill the phone.
