If I could give a 10 star rating for Michael I would, but the scale only goes up to 5. If it wasn't for the dedication and hard work of Michael I wouldn't of been able to get the loan closed and moved in to my new home on time. He worked extremely hard late into the evening, and even on Sundays to ensure the time frame was met. Where Michael really shinned happened a month into our loan process. The appraisal came back lower than we had negotiated with the seller. We had to renegotiate the selling price, and with the help of Michael was successful. Michael helped us get the price lowered with the sellers by 6,000 dollars. This meant much of the paperwork had to be redone with a different selling price. We had only two weeks left to move out on the current home. Time was very important, so we wasn't left with out a place to live. Michael came through for us, and pushed hard to get all the approvals completed in an extremely short time frame. If it wasn't for Michael we would of been without a place to live for several weeks. Thanks to Michael we are now in our new home enjoying our new home. Michael was able to get our loan payments at half the price we was renting for saving us over 400 dollars a month in rent payments. Michael is a blessing, and I would recommend him to anyone. With her help I can honestly say, it wasn't that bad at all. Everything was straight forward and easy I might add. Had a great experience getting a loan from Rocket Mortgage, but Alex Alamine made it the best! Alex got me moving as I was recovering from the financial disaster of a divorce. After several years of not being able to get a loan, he stuck with me and got me a fixed rate loan at a great interest rate. Now I am a homeowner again! Would definitely work with Alex again!
