Kyle is excellent in customer service and explained to us that the loan approval process involves communicating with several Rocket Mortgage representatives from one step to the next as the loan is processed. He was there at the beginning of the mortgage application process and back again at the end of the loan approval stage. I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage loan experience.
