I called Frank in December 2015 to inquire about a home loan. It was before I even put my house up for sale. He called weekly just to check in with us when we put our house up for sale and answered every question I had usually within an hour but never longer than 24 hours.

Getting my loan through Rocket Mortgage was a great experience. Jim was the first person I had contact with, and quickly put me at ease! I was treated like I was a priority, I was treated with respect ( even though, the computer and I don't get along Lol), Jim didn't care, he helped me through it.
