I believe that she was restricted from assisting me at various stages of the process and I didn't enjoy being handed to multiple people at Rocket Mortgage in order to complete the processes. I don't like too many people having access and/or inquiring about my personal information and I was disappointed with that experience with their company about that. At times I felt that it was an up-hill battle getting help from them. I believe Cheryl had the best intentions and were restricted at times. Either way, Cheryl's professionalism and communication skills met expectations. She was a pleasant representative to speak with and she was fast in her follow-ups and responses, which were critical at time sensitive junctures.Read MoreRead Less

Brian Lindow was available when we had questions - even on the weekend. I found him to be very prompt, easy to talk to -and insightful about options for lending. He was a "no nonsense" lender who had the ability to ask the important questions and not waste a lot of time on the extraneous stuff.
