Peter was my banker when I purchased my first home. Since it was my first time, I felt clueless going into it and was very nervous about the process. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner and never made me feel stupid. He's a genuinely fun guy to talk to and made the process enjoyable. There ended up being an issue with the appraisal on the home I ultimately purchased (something to do with the previous owner not filing for a building permit with the city for work done in the past). It was no one's fault but it had to be addressed before we could close. Pete went above and beyond to find a solution for the issue. He fought tooth and nail for me to make sure I got to closing in the time needed. He was always keeping in contact with both myself and my realtor to make sure we were all kept in the loop. Eric was fantastic. The thing I liked best was his responsiveness. He seemed to know what I needed before I even knew. I liked being able to text him questions and even if he had to do research he was honest and always got right back to me. This was my first purchase out of state.
