David did an exceptional job from start to finished, my brother is an underwriter with another company and he knew I was under the gun to find and close on a house, as part of my PCS with the government. Doug told me to talk with Rocket- Rocket Mortgage that they have been closing under 30 days. He would not be able to close in the same time, so I called and talked with David, he stated he could close if I provide all documentation when ask. The entire process went smoothly and we did close under 30 days, David save me and the government a lot of money closing that quickly and with no issues. In all the dozen homes I have own in the last 40 years (VA Loans), I never have close or been treated with such respect as with David, thanks Rocket Mortgage for having such a professional on your staff.
