I am very happy to write this review for David Stanczak.
I first worked with David when he helped me refinance my home in Seattle. Since then, he helped me refinance the house 2 or 3 more times, each time bringing my monthly payment and total loan amounts down! He also kept me up to date on the state of the mortgage market through email, and that was very useful. Finally, i was very grateful that...I am very happy to write this review for David Stanczak.

Amy was really great.

Lets just say that we had some last minute credit issues and HOA issues come up and she worked closely with her Credit team, my Realtor, and the Seller to get this deal to closing. I m not sure how she was abel to reply to my hundreds of stressed out emails so quickly and calmly. Her level of service is truly impressive.

Amy was really great and patient during the entire process.

Lets just say... that my credit needed some real work and even had a few issues in the middle of the process. Amy worked closely with my Realtor, her Credit Team, and myself to get these cleaned up as quick as possible in order to try and meet the closing date and keep the Seller happy! I am not sure how one person is able to provide that level of service, it is really impressive.

My wife and I are now the proud owners of a great condo in San Francisco and the seller was very happy with the close!
