Scott was great during the whole process. I have now been through the mortgage process 3 times. 1 pre market crash and 2 post market crash and this was by far the smoothest and most streamlined process of them all. Which is a huge testament to his abilities because the new regulations are no joke. He essentially had me complete after 3 days of painless document submissions and then I could sit back and relax and wait for closing. I'm hoping this was my last move ever, but if I do decide to purchase another home, I would definately use Scotts services again with out a second thought.
