Bruce Strong has been fantastic! Ashley was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. She worked to get me the best deal she could based on what I was quoted over the phone. She worked with me to qualify on my own based in part on rental income, which other lenders did not do well. My only complaint is that there were a few things in the contract that she referred me to a lawyer for, which I did not think was appropriate.
