Although not my first time pulling together a home loan, I felt Jim kept me on track and focussed every step of the way. We closed comfortably within 45 days start to finish with, dare I say it, time to spare and just RELAX for the last few days before actual closing. He introduced me to each specialist on the team that I worked with as we progressed and then tied the whole thing up with a bow, checking back with me a few hours after all the paperwork was signed at the lawyers office. I am sure the volume of people your Loan Specialists handle is large but I never felt anything less than personalized service. Peter's communication and response time was outstanding. Never once did I feel like I was being herded. Peter kept the flow going but I never felt rushed or pushed. I would have given him 10 stars if I could !! Thank you Peter for everything !!
