From the beginning Brittany presented a sense of trust and friendship that aided in reducing my stress while purchasing my first home. Every time Brittany and I spoke could tell she was smiling and joyful to be a part of my first home purchase. I cannot scale how wonderful it was to work with Brittany on my first home purchase.

Jeremy was amazing - he helped us two loans processing as we had purchased a home in AZ, with our house not closing in CO and had to let the first home go in late September to turn around and put a contract on a house Dec 3rd and move in Dec 28th!! Brandon was absolutely amazing. This is the 4th house I have purchased in my life. The process was so easy it doesnt even compare to my 3 previous mortgage experences with other lenders. Brandon was always avaliable if I had a question no matter the 3 hour time zone difference between us. He went above and beyond working late nights and during the weekend. Anthony went out of his way to make sure our transaction happened with ease. We initially started a loan with Rocket Mortgage but had to delay the loan due to unforseen circumstances. Anthony made sure we didn't have to redo hardly any paperwork again except for a few pieces of needed documentation. Anthony was not only proficient but also personable and professional. Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or...Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or could happen because it happened to them personally, but never did anything negative happen in the entire home loan process. Jenny would take care of everything immediately before there even could be an issue. I love that there is an online site for Rocket Mortgage to see everything that we have uploaded and to see our progress but nothing can compare to the comforting long conversations with Jenny and all of the time she put into us.
