Thomas was very professional in his explanation of the loan and never put pressure on me as a customer. Her was willing to go through the numbers and explain the lifetime difference of the loan, which felt like he knew how it affected the me as a customer and not focused on how he got paid. I think you need more than 5 stars for Bruce! When I first called I was at a loss and I thought I would never be able to afford purchasing a bigger home. He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time.
