When I first spoke to my realtor she informed me that Rocket Mortgage will have a hard time closing this loan, I spoke to Josh about this and he reassured me that they had my best interest in mind and after working with him for couple more weeks I noticed they truly did. The best part was being able to reach him on a Sunday at 10pm, no other lenders do that, ever! Josh helped me and my husband's dream come true buying our first home! I would advise others to be cautious when realtors refer you to their preferred lender, simply because a lot of times the realtor will only refer you to that lender because they are receiving some form of a kickback, I was informed of this by the seller of the home at the closing table. I am now a strong believer in Rocket Mortgage and believe that Josh is 100% one of the best loan originators in that entire company! Wish I could give him six stars!!!!Read MoreRead Less
