The process with Scott from Rocket Mortgage has been absolutely great! While many lenders will not even remember you, Scott remembers who i am and is quick to answer any questions i have. Catherine did an excellent job of keeping all parties updated. There was never a time I had to wonder where we were with the transaction. I loved the update emails, also.
