Throughout the entire loan process, Mitchel Rogowski, Gary Tolbert and the Team at Rocket Mortgage was consistently accommodating, taking the time to explain every step in detail and answering each of my questions—no matter how naive they may have seemed. I truly appreciated their approachability and the fact that no question was ever dismissed, no matter how small or basic it might have been. This made me feel at ease and empowered, knowing I was making informed decisions every step of the way.
