Jacob is completely amazing. Not only did he answer questions for us at like 7PM on a Sunday, but he dealt with our ridiculous realtor, too! No question was too stupid and no scenario was too unlikely for him to respond. He was prompt with every email, phone call, and his end of the paperwork. We've recommended him (along with Rocket Mortgage) to several friends and really anyone who will listen. ...Jacob is completely amazing.
