We just recently started working with Tom getting things in motion/lined out for purchasing our 3rd home when our lease is up at the beginning of next year. We are just starting this home buying journey so I can't speak on working with him from start to finish yet, but we've purchased two homes before this and have worked with numerous people during those processes and Tom was more helpful in a span of a couple of days than others have been over the course of months.
